Ellie M.

When I first start to write, I have a few ideas and details that satisfy me. Just like the light rain at the beginning of a thunderstorm. After I get started I usually go at a steady pace, pelting the paper with my pencil to make my thoughts come alive. Just like the hard rain and little thundering sounds in the middle of a thunderstorm. Then as I write I get stuck and second guess the things I just wrote. Just like the calm before the storm. Then suddenly, BOOM! I clear my writer's block and I have a plan. Just like the lightening that strikes in a thunderstorm. I then finish my story and I either like what I write or don't. Just like after a thunderstorm you see if it caused any damage or not.
