What differentiates you from other players in the market?
In the many years I have worked in the industry, I have built strong relationships with landlords, hence always get the latest insight into what is available on the market. This means that my clients are always the first to know about some of the most exclusive properties out there.

What tip would you give someone looking for a high end home?
Timing is very important. Luxury homes are not always available, especially if you are looking for something unique. My tip would be for you to get in touch with an agent as soon as you are starting to look for something and give them as much information as you can about what it is you are looking for.

Is there one property that beats the rest?
This is very difficult, as all the houses I have seen in the Deep Water Bay area are just amazing.
