We experience a miracle every day of our lives and yet we take advantage of so much, abuse so much and don't seem to do very much about it. We have scarred our planet's surface beyond recognition, we kill her biodiversity and even harm our own species. Enough is enough.

I am also passionate about leading a sustainable, healthy life. I am now seeking to educate myself to practitioner level in nutrition, fitness, wellbeing and sustainable responsibility. Watch this space.
