I’ve had the honor of interviewing wellness magnates and heavy-hitting health luminaries, and I continue to ask questions and listen. I enjoy being an educator by day and moonlighting as an interview host.

Having recently moved back home to North Carolina from New York City, I am excited to teach and inspire others to live a nourishing life. Working in NYC for 18 years has honed my survival skills and allowed me the honor of guiding others to triumph over obstacles -- personal health obstacles as well as the day to day challenges of busy people. As Wellness Concierge with Organic Avenue and as Business Developer with Ox Verte, I organized events and collaborations that re-invented healthy eating and brought holistic lifestyle and trends to the forefront of urban living during a time when chronic disease was at an all-time high in America.

It would be an honor to advise mothers, families and offices as we all strengthen in this day and age.

I hold a certificate as Holistic Health Counsellor from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am a school teacher at Atlas International Private School. Mother of a teenager and a toddler, I seek to guide children from a spiritual and healthy place.
