Ellie Shortt

I'm a food writer, broadcast journalist and TV host. I studied broadcast journalism at BCIT, and cultural studies and communication studies at McGill University where I gained knowledge in film analysis, music history, and communications policy. In additional to BCIT and McGill, I recently completed a culinary course at La Cuisine de Marie-Blanche in Paris, France. I'm passionate about food, travel, and storytelling. I'm personable, hardworking, energetic and resourceful. I will try anything once, and am always looking for new experiences.
