Elliot Long

Hi, I'm Elliot, a 13 year old aspiring chef. Love cooking, food and football, LFC fan. Been fascinated by food for as long as I can remember, always trying to help out in the kitchen. When I was 10, I cooked a garlic chicken dish with my stepmum, and I can't tell you how proud of myself I was!! I think it's fair to say my cooking capabilities have evolved slightly now, which I have no doubt is down to the amazing things I have learnt in amazing Michelin-Starred restaurants around London. I LOVE football as well, massive Liverpool fan, but my passion is food, and my ambition is to have a 3 Michelin-Star restaurant of my own when I'm older, a place that gives an unforgettable food experience.
