Elliot Feuerstein is an established Southern California executive who has guided Arnold Construction Company for many years. He has overseen the construction, management, and sale of numerous shopping centers, including Mira Mesa Shopping Center West. Elliot Feuerstein’s work in developing the retail center began in 1983, and since that time, the property has had major tenants such as Toys“R”Us, Target, Walgreens, and Wells Fargo Bank.
Mr. Feuerstein serves as managing member of other commercial properties, including Brookhurst Shopping Center, LLC, and Euclid Shopping Center, LLC. His responsibilities in these projects have included coordinating design with architects and managing the selection and oversight of general contractors. Once retail locations are built, he has overseen security and maintenance personnel who are tasked with keeping finished projects in good operating condition.
Mr. Feuerstein has served on the Jewish Community Foundation board in San Diego and co-chaired fundraising efforts focused on the construction of a new Congregation Beth Israel site in La Jolla. A table tennis enthusiast in his free time, Elliot Feuerstein also enjoys activities such as fishing and playing golf.
