A resident of San Jose, California, Elliot Sands is a management professional with experience in strategic planning and execution, process analysis and improvement, and project management. A people-focused leader, he strives to foster a culture of teamwork and promote synergy. He is also a strong communicator and experienced in hiring and recruitment, as well as stakeholder engagement and community development. Elliot Sands currently serves as the chief operating officer for the SHP Foundation, an organization that focuses on low-income and homeless housing, as well as other community needs. He works with company leadership to achieve goals and ensures that projects move forward on time and on budget.
Elliot Sands is also the co-founder of a telehealth company called CirrusMD. He was responsible for the operational and administrative aspects of the company, including accounting and finance, and provided administrative and operational support. The company has since secured partnerships with major health care systems around the nation and now facilitates more than 3,000 medical interactions each day. Outside of work, Mr. Sands serves as a board member of Missions Door, a nonprofit mission. He holds an MBA from San Jose State University.
