Elliot Sheridan

I am a marketing student at Texas Tech University. Texas Tech has been great to me and I am expecting to graduate in 2017. I believe that my college experience is what I choose to make of it, therefore, I am eager to learn and I am serious about my schoolwork. I also understand the value of work experience, I have been working at Academy Sports and Outdoors for almost a year. Work experience is valuable because I get to practice my customer service skills, help advertise products, and make connections.

My life has reached a fork in the road where I can either settle for mediocrity or do my best to strive for perfection. I want to lay the foundation now for a successful career and I believe the only way I can achieve this foundation is through hard work at school and also in the workplace.
