Elliott Dolin

Since 1989, Mr. Elliott Dolin has served as a Managing Partner for Pacific Prime Properties, a leading real estate investment company located in Los Angeles, California. Specializing in commercial real estate, Elliott Dolin has managed transactions ranging from $1.5 million to $20 million. In his capacity as Managing Partner, Elliott Dolin identifies and reviews a broad range of investment opportunities, including industrial, medical, and retail properties. Dedicated to supplementing his professional development with philanthropic pursuits, Elliott Dolin channels his experience into a role as Chairman of the Building Committee at Ohr Eliyahu Academy, for which he has also volunteered his services as a Project Manager to the remodeling of the former Daniel Murphy Catholic High School campus, where Ohr Eliyahu plans to move to accommodate its growing student body. Elliott Dolin also assists with land acquisition efforts for the Baldwin Hills Conservancy, an organization dedicated to restoring land in the Baldwin Hills area for the community's recreational use. Beyond his professional endeavors, Elliott Dolin is an enthusiastic car collector. Possessing a particular interest in vintage sports cars, Elliott Dolin actively participates in a wide variety of car shows and has earned titles and recognition for his 1953 Siata 208S Spider Motto Roadster. In addition to showing and racing cars, Elliott Dolin enjoys viticulture, the study of grape cultivation, and enology, the study of wines.
