Elliot Tetenbaum

Beginning in 1997, Elliot Tetenbaum served as Partner at Larkin, Axelrod, Ingrassia, & Tetenbaum, LLC, where he handled litigation cases. His cases covered a variety of issues including those involving firearms, motor vehicle defects, recreational products, and machinery.

Prior to joining Larkin, Axelrod, Ingrassia & Tetenbaum, he served as Partner at Finkelestein, Levine, and Tetenbaum for 20 years. He earned admission to the New York State Bar Association, the Supreme Court of the United States, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in addition to the Bar of four U.S. District Courts of New York. Mr. Tetenbaum attended the City College of New York where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science. Furthering his knowledge of the legal system, he completed his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. In addition to his consistent litigation practice, Elliot Tetenbaum molded the next generation of legal minds through his mentoring work with recent law school graduates.
