Elliott Fabrizio
Elliott Fabrizio is a multi-media journalist with more than seven years of experience working as a mass communication specialist for the Navy.
His time in the Navy afforded him the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set by working in a vareity of journalism and media formats from video production to blog writing.
Elliott got his start in media at The Defense Information School, training for broadcast and print journalism . In 2006 he worked as a radio show host and news producer for the Naval Media Center in Diego Garcia. He transferred to USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) in 2007 where he led the ship's video department, producing news stories, deployment videos, commercials and safety videos. He also served as the editor of the ship's daily newspaper, assinging news stories, writing press releases and editing content. In 2010 he began working at The Pentagon Channel as a writer, producer and host to the channel's top programming like Recon, Command Performance, Armed Forces Boxing and Close Combat. Within his first year, he became the channel's web site and conent manager, designing web pages, supervising daily workflow and advising the channel's general manager on web strategy.
