I am a consultant business analyst focusing on geospatial IT implementations in government at firm Technologies, Inc. I have been has been developing and using geographic information systems (GIS) since 2009.
I hold a Master of Science in applied information technology with a focus on information systems management at Towson University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in geography and environmental planning from Towson University.
I am a champion of the use and provision of open data in government and was appointed to the Maryland Council on Open Data by Governor Martin O’Malley in 2013. I am an honorable discharged veteran of the United States Army, having served a tour of duty in Iraq in 2010.
