Brett Baker is the CFO and COO at ECA. Brett’s focus is assisting clients with their project-based needs for post-merger integration, carve outs, and PMO. For permanent roles, Brett works with clients in the Healthcare and Technology sectors. Prior to ECA, Brett spent over 5 years at EY in their M&A Advisory practice. He also spent time in EY’s Assurance practice leading financial statement audits and holds a CPA license.
