Cyndi Ellis is a strategic talent acquisition leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading executive recruitment functions for global organizations. Most recently Senior Director of Executive Leadership Recruitment at Oracle, she partnered directly with C-suite and senior leadership globally to drive succession planning, talent strategy, and organizational transformation — building and scaling a global executive recruitment team spanning 150+ countries. Her tenure at Oracle also included leading EMEA and JAPAC's executive recruitment from Singapore, where she was recognized by LinkedIn as one of the Top 5 Social Recruiters in Asia Pacific. Before Oracle, she spent eight years at Korn Ferry, running C-suite and Vice President-level retained searches for multinational corporations and private equity/venture capital firms including Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia, TPG, and Silver Lake Partners. Cyndi is known for her consultative approach, deep market intelligence, and ability to build diverse, future-ready leadership pipelines.
