Ellis Gill

I am currently one of the supervisors on our London relocation company. My main goal is to improve my unit of movers. We work closely together daily and I am the one to listen to their feedback and input. I try to be the connection between the regular worker and management. I am good at resolving conflicts and building trust. While I do monitor people’s performance I try to always motivate them instead of simply criticizing.
