Elna Smit

I love solving business problems. I am a marketing researcher with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. I co-founded Columinate with Henk Pretorius in 2008.

I hold a BSocSci (Psychology) (Cum Laude) degree, BSocSci (Psychology) (Hons) degree and MA: Research Psychology degree from the University of Pretoria.

My paper about using qualitative research and MROCs amongst employees won the Best Paper award at the 32nd Southern African Marketing Research Association (SAMRA) conference in 2011.

Aside from research, I'm also passionate about marketing and client relationship management.

I love cats and can do 30 push-ups in a minute. I am a coffee snob.
