Elnora Webb

Elnora Webb functions as the CEO and president of Signature Solutions Corporate Results, a consulting firm that provides executive coaching and strategic planning to help companies and their leaders achieve more and exceed expectations. Prior to taking her current position, Elnora Webb spent most of her career in higher education. Throughout her stellar career, she impacted the lives of thousands of professionals and well over 100,000 students. She led within all systems of higher education in the State of California, and leveraged her executive positions to enhance economic and workforce development efforts in partnership with local, regional, national, and international partners.

Elnora Webb holds multiple degrees, including an MA in educational administration from San Francisco State University and a PhD in education from the University of California, Berkeley. She has earned numerous accolades, including the Trailblazer Award from the University of California, Berkeley, in honor of her commitment to diversity and investing in equity. She was also invited to be the keynote speaker at Denmark’s Annual Educational Conference.
