Elroy Kihano

In 1999, Elroy Kihano accepted an offer to become the Director of Information Assurance with the Computer Science Corporation in San Diego. In this capacity, Elroy Kihano managed a team of 11 tasked with implementing a centralized Regional Information Technology Service Center and San Diego Global Information Grid network security suite. After leaving Computer Science Corporation, Kihano went on to become the Information Assurance Technical Manager at Raytheon, where he supervised a team of 10 locally hired network security personnel. He provided network security guidance and ensured compliance with the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy.

In 2005, Elroy Kihano became a Program Analyst at Management Consulting, Inc., where he ensured compliance with Navy and Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Certification requirements. Later that year, Kihano joined the Cleveland-based Sapphire Technologies as a Program Manager. In this capacity, Kihano served as the Central Design Agency (CDA) point of contact for several agencies, including the Department of Defense and the Outside Continental United States Enterprise Network (ONE-NET). He also lent his expertise in a number of areas, including Information Assurance, Information Condition, ONE-NET Information Technology, and Privacy policies.

Most recently, Elroy Kihano worked as a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton in Cleveland, Ohio. As a member of the team at Booz Allen Hamilton, Kihano worked on a 10-person installation team and scheduled more than 80 Navy ships for software installation. Kihano also began his education in recent years, completing an Associate of Arts in General Studies at Southwestern College and a Bachelor of Business Administration at National University.
