Elsa Afroilan

Elsa G Afroilan is a northern Virginia financial professional who holds responsibilities with Arlington Community Federal Credit Union (ACFCU) as a commercial banking manager. Over the past three years, Elsa Afroilan has led her department and created lasting strategic partnerships in the business and commercial lending sphere. She has established office procedures and launched new products, while managing value-added relationships with underwriters and loan processors outside of Arlington Community FCU.

Ms. Afroilan’s background includes a past position with Bank of America as a senior small business relationship manager. In this role, she worked to fully understand the capital structures and financing requirements of clients, and evaluated business data such as cash flow and revenue projections in assessing risk. Her responsibilities extended to chairing the firm’s Employee Diversity and Inclusion program, and she was also active with their Small Business National Executive Council.

A member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Afroilan volunteers with local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia when she has the opportunity. A fitness enthusiast, Elsa Afroilan enjoys activities such as indoor cycling and HIIT training.
