Elsbeth is the founder and CEO of Global Career Qatar - a local recruitment company based in Qatar. Global Career Qatar specialises in matching both Qatari Nationals and Expatriates with exciting job opportunities in local and international companies in Qatar. Since its establishment in 2012 Global Career Qatar, previously known as Global Women Qatar, has been the premier employment agency solely targeting women. The Company has transformed the recruitment of women in the region with its highly professional and uniquely personalised approach. In 2016 we have been responding to changing market conditions and have expanded to include the recruitment of men.

With an extensive background in Human Capital consultancy and having worked with firms such as Mercer and PwC Elsbeth has excellent knowledge in the fields of Compensation & Benefits, Talent and Expatriate Management. Having worked with many different cultures in different countries such as the UK, Germany and the Middle East Elsbeth is passionate about connecting people with companies in Qatar where they can further their careers.
