A bit about me. I am an HR leader working at the intersection of organisational development and business transformation. For over twenty years, I have been bringing development into the heart of organisations.

I work in interim and advisory roles where I operate at the intersection of strategy, operations and execution, and move easily between board level, management and teams — shaping direction while ensuring it lands in everyday practice.

In HR, we often reward speed, visibility and action. But without reflection, the work quickly becomes reactive instead of strategic. My approach is grounded in both organisational development and human experience (HX), with a strong emphasis on creating space for reflection, because that is where better judgement and real change begin. I look at structures, systems and processes, while equally focusing on how people experience their work.

From that perspective, I bring clarity, direction and drive in complex environments. I combine reflection with action: helping professionals and teams grow while ensuring that ideas translate into real progress in practice.
