Hi, I’m Elyzza. I am a college graduate with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management from Batangas State University. I completed an internship as a receptionist, where I got hands-on experience in delivering excellent customer service skills and handling all guest complaints. Since my final year of senior high school, I have worked remotely from home while continuing my studies. It’s been tough, but as the saying goes, we must do what is required.

I gained valuable experience as a medical accounts receivable specialist, a lead generation specialist, and a chat moderator.
