Emma has over 14 years experience as a health professional. She is a Remedial Therapist for women and has a bachelor qualification in Health Sc. (majoring in Nutrition and Psychology).

Emma also has a certification as a Mind Body Eating Coach, helping women to let go of dieting, find peace with food through a sustainable approach to wellness, reduce their stress, and nourish their bodies and minds, so they can thrive!
