Elizabeth Malone

I am a current student at the Kelley Student of Business at Indiana University and hope to pursue a degree in finance.

One thing I pride myself in is my loyalty. During tennis season senior year, I was injured for the season. I supported my team by cheering them on and participating in fundraising. Since most of the senior tennis players were hurt, I planned a senior night for all the players that could not play. I could not have done it alone, however. This took some planning to secretly organize the underclassmen, but it was enjoyed by all. Teamwork and delegating is something that is essential in business and that I truly enjoy.

My organization and time management skills helped me balance all my responsibilities and activities in life. In high school, I had to balance school work, tennis, work, and household responsibilities.

My goal, both personally and professionally, is to leave my mark on the world. With my out-of-the-box ideas, proclivity to work in teams, and organization, I can bring a new aura to a company. I hope to find an internship with a corporation that explores the many aspects of the business.
