Eman Deabil

Eman is an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who enjoys challenge. Throughout her career she has moved all the way through a diversity of cultures which enables her to have a solid expertise about how people, processes & systems are interacting in each culture.

Eman has practically started her career by being selected as one of four among 200 applicants who have applied to be affiliates in the second round of the “Management Training Program” at Y K Almoayyed & Sons (Family Business).

She has moved after that to be a Project Coordinator (Team Leader) at Bahrain Institute for Entrepreneurship & Technology (Training Industry), working hand in hand with the eGovernment Authority on a project called “Qudurat” which is an integral project towards Bahrain Vision 2030.

The last terminal for her was BMI Bank, working as an IT Auditor. BMI Bank has enabled Eman to explore the Banking Industry which illustrates a new experience in her career journey.

Eman has an interest in participating in voluntary activities, she has been chosen as an advisor, assessor, & keynote speaker in a plenty of educational & training events. She has also helped in managing & organizing many events & activities.

Gaining & sharing knowledge is a key aspect that comes on the top of the list of Eman’s priorities, she will never stop learning new things & developing her skills by enrolling herself in a variety of courses that will certainly add value to her & to the organization she is working for.
