As a dedicated student athlete I believe that looking at your past is the key to success. Because if you don’t learn from the past and apply it to the present, then in the future it doesn't matter how hard you work if all you do is repeat your past mistakes. But you can make the best of your future hard work by using your past to give yourself an advantage for the present. Working hard is important, but working smart is even more important.
