Hey everyone! I'm Emelie and I am currently enrolled in my final year at Ryerson University, studying Radio and Television Arts, Sport Media. I live in Toronto, Ontario Canada and work for Red Bull Canada as a Toronto Wiings Team Member! Past companies I have worked for include the Invictus Games Toronto 2017, Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Club, Sugar Media Experimental Group etc. I used to be a dancer for the Toronto Blue Jays and I am a huge baseball and football fan. I have experience as a communications intern, promotional model and dancer, host and community engagement personnel, field marketing personnel, etc. I am very interested in marketing, social media and promotion within sports! I even published my own magazine in December 2017 on women in sports and the sport media industry. Sports need more women!!! When I graduate I hope to become a professional publisher of my magazine 'Headstrong Magazine'. If that doesn't work out, I would like to work for a sports company or team as a social media manager or marketing director. I am very hardworking, organized and well educated in aspects of sports and media. I am hoping to use my experiences from school and work to launch myself into a professional career I am passionate about.
