More comprehensive overview:

After acquiring my (1:1) honours degree in law in The Netherlands, I was very fortunate to be awarded the VSB Fonds scholarship to fund my Master degree in Ireland. In February 2014 I received my Master Degree in E-law and Intellectual Property Law (1:1) from University College Cork. I came first in my Master degree programme.

For my Master thesis I researched the societal, technical and practical implications of implementing The Right to be Forgotten, as codified in Article 17 of the proposed European Data Protection Regulation. A substantial part of my research will be rewritten, in a more reader-friendly manner, and posted to my blog at www.cloudgirl.eu. On this website you will find information on "law compliance in layman's terms."

However there is more to me than just my (legal) education. Digital art is another passion of mine.

I've been working as a digital artist since the age of 14. I have had a lot of experience working with various artists on CD-covers, book covers and magazine articles. I am very thankful for all the opportunities that I have had and I hope more of these working experiences come my way in the future.
