As humanitarians and yogis we wanted to find a way to share Nicola's professional film making experience and Donna's love of teaching yoga with our friends and colleagues living in tough environments. The result of this combined creativity is Emergency Yoga, yoga films designed specifically for humanitarians to help them de-stress, relax and stay strong when they most need it. This project, done completely in our spare time, has enabled us to laugh and be inspired together and we hope you like the results.
