RESUME OVERVIEW
As President and CEO of Emerging Business Group, Inc. I currently publish the oldest weekly online community newspaper focused on the African American communities of Nassau and Suffolk Counties which includes two branded news magazines; Village Life a arts and entertainment magazine and the Long Island Gospel News Journal focused on the gospel.

As a private practice small business financial and management consultant for 20 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, particularly in the areas of financial management, strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, time management and organization. I am computer literate and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office, Desktop Publishing, Excel and PowerPoint Presentation software to name a few.

My finance and commercial lending career, spanned some seventeen years, and has provided me with a wide range of professional experiences. Some of which are highlighted in the attached resume. To overview this phase of my life I must say that I have had the opportunity to work in both operational and corporate environments within the banking industry. I should also note that I have worked in both the commercial and savings bank sectors of the financial services industry as well. I have managed a loan portfolio’s of upwards of fifty million dollars ($50,000,000.00) comprising of as many as 40 separate active demand and borrowing account relationships. Each account relationship required from time to time; restructuring, audit, collection, client servicing and new product introduction. I have approved and or recommended a wide variety of business credit facilities including: SBA loans, Lease Financing, Lines of Credit, Secured and Unsecured Working Capital loans, long term mortgage and renovations loans.

Early in my career I managed a credit and loan administration department with a staff of 8. During that period I developed and administered the banks first credit and lending training program for selected retail bank branch managers. Prior to that I worked as an assistant retail branch manager in charge of all day to day branch operations: included in my responsibilities were management of the facility, teller staff, customer service personnel and all cash manag
