Reference Letter from Edward Leblanc:
To whom it may concern.
My name is Edward LeBlanc, I am the owner of Court Sessions Basketball and PGC Instructor. We are a company that helps develop players, teams, coaches and organizations to reach their potential. I am also a leadership director for Point Guard College, who is one of the global leaders in youth basketball.
Over my twenty years I have worked with countless athletes and coaches of all levels. A few years ago I had the pleasure of coaching and working with Emerson. I noticed his talent, energy and natural leadership and presence. This year he came to several of the clinics that I was leading and in these clinics I saw a very uncommon leader, someone that had a focus on what was right and that was committed to being his best.
One of the main reasons I started and have continued to serve in the field that I am in is because I know that sports gives our youth the best chance to learn the formula of how to be successful in life. I also know that in that process we as leaders get to grow as well. This is the beauty of sports. I am fully confident in saying that whatever community Emerson is a part of will be immediately better for it. I also know that every young person deserves the ability to reach their potential and to be able to have the place to continue to grow. If I had the opportunity to help any young person continue their journey, I would stop at nothing to make sure that happens. And if I had the privilege of adding someone like Emerson, not only would I do it but I would be very grateful for what it would mean to my school, teams and community. With gratitude,
Edward
