Emerson McIntyre

As you probably have guessed my name is Emerson McIntyre. I recently moved to the East Coast (weak coast) from California, the Bay Area to be exact. Went to High School in a small town called Los Gatos, Then went to college in Santa Barbara, CA for a little bit. After spending pointless "educational" years in Santa Barbara, I got my head out of my ass and headed down the path to getting my life together. Where the hell did I end up after Santa Barbara? I packed my shit and moved on up to Flagstaff, Arizona, the most beautiful fucking place I have seen in my life. I became a Lumberjack ( not like by profession, our schools mascot) at Northern Arizona University, also known as the ugly child that University of Arizona and Arizona State University gave birth too. To tell the truth this place is where I found the road to which, I am traveling down now. Graduated from NAU, with BA-Advertising and a minor in photography. The photography minor was a complete waste of my fucking time, fun, but a waste of cash..actually government loans ( thanks Obama?). Anyone with Instagram is considered the next Ansel Adams, just throw a filter on that bitch and it's a wrap. The way Adams waited out side for the perfect shot in storms and other sorts of shittiness is no not so impressive to me. Wrong place wrong time Ansel, you'll bounce back. Anyways, I am now living in Brokelyn, NY along with every other recent graduate trying to make it in this city. I work as an creative at an Digital Media Audience Development Network Advertising agency, yeah swallow that long title. Life is good, especially now. Why you ask? You did ask why, right?
