Emile Kanaan is a Lebanese multi-instrumentalist, educator, and performer specializing in Arabic and Greek music. With over 12 years of experience and formal training from the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music and Antonine University, he brings deep tradition and cultural fusion to every performance. Based in the Gulf region, Emile has performed at prestigious venues including the Cairo Opera House and luxury destinations across Lebanon and Bahrain.

Biography
Emile is a master of the Oud and Bouzouk, known for his expressive performances that celebrate the heritage of the Arab and Mediterranean worlds. His musical journey bridges classical, folkloric, and contemporary styles, resonating with audiences across generations.

Teaching & Vision
Emile is also a passionate educator, having taught at Kfoury Music, Solo Academy, and École d'art et de musique. He remains open to teaching opportunities across the region, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of musicians.

Career Highlights
Emile’s standout moments include a 2014 performance at the Cairo Opera House and a 2015 collaboration with Marcel Khalife. He played clarinet with LeBAM, learning it in just three days for a concert. As part of the Lebanese Youth Oriental Orchestra (Jounieh), he contributed both musically and academically.

Since 2022, Emile has been a core member of Dandane The Band, performing regularly on Oud and Bouzouk. In 2023, he joined Rocca Marina Resort as a Bouzoukist, becoming a highlight of the summer scene. In 2024, he joined the prestigious Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa as a featured performer, playing in upscale Greek and Arabic venues, luxury weddings, and cultural nights throughout the Gulf.

Beyond Performance
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, Emile is ideal for international collaborations, hotel residencies, cruise entertainment, and festivals. His mission is to preserve and share the soulful sound of Arab and Mediterranean music.
