I started my professional path in telco worldwide companies (Ericsson, Cisco Systems and Alcatel-Lucent) where the team working, the effective management of fair and strict relationships between all the cross-functional teams, stakeholders and the ability to manage highly critical and wide projects, were some of the key features to succeed.

In 2012 I joined Softeco Sismat as project manager and account manager within the Energy & Utilities BU managing projects for the key customers . Starting from 2014 I did act as the head of the Project Management team.

After the Softeco Sismat's acquisition by Terni Energia, I have been selected to join the Technical Services Line of Business as Senior Project Manager for World-Wide Photovoltaic and Smart, Mini/Micro-Grid projects.

This BU is focused on renewable energies (EPC and system integrator), O&M, Asset Management, power generation, construction and supply of smart turn-key solutions with the integration of digital technologies, smart, mini and micro grid, remote control systems and TLC.

According to the World Energy Outlook 2016, an estimated 1.2 billion people – 16% of the global population – did not have access to electricity. Our main goals are to supply clean new energy in those areas and, in general, in countries with the strongest, fastest growing energy demand and, where renewable energy is the fastest answer to their demand increase.

The overall working experience I got allowed me to smear from the TLC to the Energy&Gas and Renewables markets so that, today, I can be effectively assigned to complex projects in which the above technologies are widely involved.
