Originally from France, it's on the East coast of England that you will find me. My background is quite diverse which contributed to expand my knowledge, skills and horizon and to make me who I am today.
As a Sea Shepherd UK volunteer, my passion for the ocean guides my life. Though my conservation work, I intend to change the way people think about and act towards the ocean. I want people to change perspective and look at the ocean, not as a resource but as a source of life that is responsible for sustaining everything on our planet. I want people to understand how important it is to protect not just the ocean but all ecosystems.
I am also extremely lucky to be part of an amazing team of talented and passionate people making a documentary series called “Coextinction” to save the Southern Resident Killer Whales and the ecosystem they depend on.
As an environmentalist activist and ocean conservationist, I am passionate about connecting people together, community building and inspiring others to take action, just like I do in my day-to-day life.
I believe it is our responsibility to care for this beautiful planet we are lucky enough to call home and for all the species with whom we share it. If I had to choose a word to describe life, it would be : interconnectedness. That’s what life is all about.
PS : I am a big fan of hiking, swimming, cycling, travelling and exploring. I love a good challenge. I also like taking pictures but I’m not very goof at it, yet. I love experiencing music, reading books and watching documentaries (and series/movies that make me cry for hours) under a cosy blanket while drinking tons of tea… :)
