I'm a webdesigner from Barcelona, Spain. My specialty is responsive design.
Bootstrap
Bootstrap is awesome innovation. I truly believe that Twitter's Bootstrap library will help the web go mobile and will help more small business transform their websites to beautifully responsive sites that work well on all devices.
WrapBootstrap is a great place to start when looking for templates and to understand the power of bootstrap in general.
Many businesses chose to run their site on WordPress which really makes a lot of sense since it's by far the easiest to set up. Bootstrap runs well with WordPress. In fact there are many free themes around which help to bring the ease and mobile first philosophy of Bootstrap to a very widely used CMS.
A great example for responsive webdesign that I've recently worked on is login.wiki. I understand it's not the most useful site out there but I'd like to highlight it from a design perspective. One can argue that it's not very difficult to log in to various email services like hotmail or Gmail but my client tells me it's very well received and he's receiving several emails from folks every day which thank him for explaining this (seemingly???) easy task for them. Take for example the Hotmail Login page which talks about how to enter your hotmail email account. Resize your browser window to see how responsive design is supposed to behave and everything falls into place beautifully
