Working with volunteers is the best career in the world and I can't see myself doing anything else without their involvement. Volunteers have shaped me into the person I am today. Their dedication, wisdom and experiences have given me a great deal of volunteer management experience and a strong work ethic. Volunteers have helped me be a loyal, dedicated employee for three organizations in my career. In addition, I am very creative, able to adapt to changing situations and think outside the box. Life is too short to limit myself in what I want to accomplish. There are many more skills I would like to attain and opportunities to pursue in my career. At the same time, I am not afraid of any challenge or adversity put in my path. My objective is to motivate and inspire others by example while still learning in the process. Helping others is the most important thing to me. I am not satisfied unless I can make a difference for someone else. If I can make someone's day easier, that is all that matters.
