Emily has been involved in fitness and has performing in various arts for numerous years. She is now combining the 2 to offer a different kind of fitness experience. One inspired by faith and fueled by love; "LOA” - Love One Another aerial yoga classes!

Emily has always been inspired by her faith. She keeps a positive attitude basing every decision on her faith. God has richly blessed her with abilities and opportunities to share her love for Jesus and fitness with others.

What you should expect from LOA – classes begin in a seated position with greetings from the instructor followed by the sharing of a Bible verse to actively focus on throughout your practice. The flying then begins by reaching up to the suspended soft and colorful aerial hammocks. Soon you will be learning new and exciting yoga moves. Being seated in the solaced flying (suspended) hammock while using your mudra to mold new positions to improve your flexibility, strengthen your core, and burn more calories than most Zumba (traditional) classes. Once your chi has been reached and your body is stronger, we express our savasana by curling into a cocoon inside the hammock. Every session closes with Namaste and a prayer. After class, fun photos in your favorite new aerial yoga pose are always welcomed to post on the yoga fan page! The class is not yoga or acrobatics, but a fitness class like no other.
