Emily Youssouf
Emily Youssouf is a housing and finance expert. She has worked for the likes of NYU, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Securities. Between 2003-2007, Emily Youssouf served as president for the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC). She is currently a board member at the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). She is also a philanthropist. Emily Youssouf is a member of several civic and charitable boards including those of the Citizen's Housing and Planning Council and the Citizens budget Commission. She graduated from Wagner College with Honors, and holds an MA in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy.
