I am a high school student currently living in Lexington, Kentucky. I have my own blog, Emily and Her Keyboard which I started after attending the Summer Journalism Institute at the University of Florida (my dream school). I also write for the Smart Girls Group, which is a sisterhood of maginificent women who want to make their voices heard. I swim on a year-round club team, the Lexington Dolphins, as well as for my high school. I hope to one day study either print or broadcast journalism.
