PERSONAL | Lover of Life & Adventure
I am currently a student at Wake Forest University, a school I am proud to attend. I was placed on this campus to fill the space with peace, acceptance, and love.
While I do eat, sleep, and breathe health, wellness, and yoga, I love to do many other activities as well. I have been growing my photography, painting, and creativity skills. My culinary bravado has been getting a work out since I fully committed to a vegan and gluten-free lifestyle (which was over two years ago… always a work in progress). I love growing my spiritual practice with knowledge of chakras, healing stones, and positive mantras. I travel as often as I can and breath fresh air whenever possible. I also am a huge fan of watching sports and Netflix, though I read a ton as well. Most importantly, I am human. I have an amazing black lab, Delilah. I advocate for animals that cannot voice their own compassion, I strive for all those in the world to feel equal and loved, and I pursue all that I can in order to grow as an individual.
I am a young entrepreneur and began my own exploration into the beauty product world with Crescent Moon Naturals. (www.crescentmoonnaturals.com)
HEALTH | Certified Holistic Health Coach
I am a vegan, gluten-free, hippie chick that passes no judgment or harm on anyone who does not share my lifestyle. I understand that each body is different, and I will say so before every one of my health related posts. I encourage a plant-based lifestyle, but understand the varying needs of others.
I am currently a student at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® training as a health coach. This is an unbelievable program that grows my curiosity and love of health, nutrition, and the mind/body connection more and more each day.
YOGA | RYT
For me, Yoga is about awakening the divine beauty within and asking for love, gratitude, and acceptance. Through the combination of posture, breath, and ancient histories, I have discovered that Yoga as a spiritual awakening is far more beautiful than a simple workout. I have graduated from Becca Niamtu’s beautiful Yoga for the Planet Teacher Training. Honored and grateful, I thank all who help me walk in my truth and speak from my heart.
