My name is Emily Yuen. I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioner and a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac). Currently I am working at two clinics practicing Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine and Tui Na. Before pursuing my master degree in TCM, I was a pre-med student for Medical School. I see merits of both medicine and it is a dream of mines to be able to practice both.

This blog is a place where I would like to share and document what I love. I absolutely love my profession; health is really everything! I want to share TCM perspectives of health, mainly focusing on lifestyle and diet.
