Hello, I’m Emily. I’m a national level swimmer living in Traralgon, Victoria.
I swim for the Traralgon swimming club and have been swimming for 10 years now.
I train 10 times a week and spend 21+ hours training and competing every week.
Some of my major achievements include:
- finishing top 20 in the 50m freestyle at the 2021 Australian aged national championships.
- Qualifying for nationals 3 years in a row now.
- 2015-16 strength and conditioning coaches award.
- 2019-20 white squad coaches award.
- 2020-21 strength and conditioning coaches award.
some of my future goals for the sport include qualifying for 3 or more events at nationals in the coming year, being able to make a B final in at least one event at nationals, finagling and being able to medal at short course and long course state championships.
