Emily Cross has always loved event planning, from birthday parties to school events. After taking some time off, she took part in acting and modeling in Toronto, when she realized her true passion and headed back to the east coast to start her journey. In 2012, Emily graduated from daVinci College (formerly the Centre for Arts and Technology) where she had excelled in all of her event planning courses. During her studies she worked on events such as the TAC conference, A time for Weddings show, Hitched, Ladies Night at Strange Adventures, The Centre for Arts and Technology First Annual Film Festival: A Night for Gabriel and FREX ROD. Currently, Emily works for Heartbreak Boutique (Saint John New Brunswick) as Marketing, Merchandising and Administrative Coordinator where she creates marketing campaigns, advertisements, manages projects and plans events. Since graduating, she has taken a large interest in graphic design, and has worked on projects such as Queer Fear, The Big Lift, and Invisible Light. Emily Cross has worked on big festivals such as TIFF and The Canadian Screen Awards. She is currently interning at Rue Morgue Magazine, the world's leading horror in culture and entertainment brand. Emily's other interests include an ever growing passion for acting. Emily's dream roles would include Cassie Hack, Harley Quinn or a Scream Queen. Her performance training includes dancing, acting and singing since the age of 8. Emily's has many hobbies such as modelling, cosplaying, graphic design, 50's culture, comics, films and music. Her latest hobby is volunteering at CFMH Local Fm radio with her program Sunday Night Seance, specializing in all things spooky!
