Emily Cullen

Hi everyone, I’m Emily. I’m a customer experience consultant working to help brands create new digital experiences for people. I’ve created a blog to share things I’ve learnt in my job, as well as a place to store memories, recipes, photos and more.

I'm currently working at Sparks Grove, an experience design consultancy in London, where I work in a team that helps companies improve their experience with their customers, employees or users. It's everything from conducting field research into what people want and how they behave, to building strategies, to embedding an experience or service design culture within a business.
