Emily Facchin

Background:

I am a 20 year old student and this is my second program at Algonquin College in the School of Business. I graduated from the 2 year Business Marketing course and had an internal transfer into the final year of this program. The marketing program was an extremely fun, busy and intense course. With all of the hands on experience from the last 2 years I felt this program would be an exellent extension of my education. I hope to gain experience and further my knowedge in owning my own business and being my own boss.

Career Goals:

I currently work at a Re/Max office in Ottawa with a broker and team of sales representatives helping them generate sales leads. I have spent the last 2 summers working in very busy real estate offices. I was able to learn a lot in client management and staging homes. My short term career goal is to obtain my OREA license within 5 years and work out of an independent brokerage. My long term goal become a broker with a team of sales representatives within 10-15 years.

Interests:

I don't have many hobbies, but outside of working and being in school I enjoy spending all my time outside during the summer, tv shoes such as Lost and being with friends and family.
