A traveling journalist, I've worked for a a daily newspaper, non-profit, magazine, political service and yearbook. Don't discount the former; yearbook and feature writing continue to capture my heart and soul. I enjoy speaking with sources and weaving his or her story into an overarching theme. I am currently reporting on the world of rural Oklahoma and politics.
When I'm not editing, writing or capturing life via photography, I'm baking delicious delicacies. I'm a professed cat lady who enjoys watching documentaries.
