I'm 16 years old living in Brooklyn New York. My dream is to famous doing the thing I love to do which is art. I'm a young artist and I am proud of it. I work my butt off to gain knowlage in art. Even though I am very young I have big dreams and I know I will acheive them.
Growing up ,art has always gotten bigger and better in every direction. I could go here, I could go there, there are so many options to choose from and so many things I could be. The more I know the more I want to figure out. When you're little the only kind of art you basically know is painting and drawing, but as I got older I found out about sculpture, and different techniques. Plus medias I could use, like charcoal, oil pastels, water color, tempera, chock pastels, gouache, acrylic, conte, pan pastels, speed ball ink, etc. I learned I didn't have to paint just with a brush; I could use anything I wanted to. I have learned so many things about art over the years from my friends, family, and teachers that I don't every think I could learn everything about art, but I could always try.
Now for me as a growing artist my goal is to get my work out there; to let my art be hear, instead of in my closet. I want everyone to know about me and my passion for art. I'm trying to be a famous artist like most people out there. Even though I am most likely not going to be as famous as Andy Warhol or even Doug Wheeler, at least I tried my hardest; But that doesn't mean I'm going to give up on art. "Heck NO!" I say, because no matter what I am going to be teaching the next generation about art and what I know. I might even be the teacher of an artist as good as Leonardo himself. You never know.
