Emily Hecht

Emily an actor and singer (and sometimes director, playwright, social media manager, and some other stuff).

She currently works as a freelance performer all over the East Coast, based out of Boston. Originally from Berkeley, CA, Emily graduated from Harvard University with a degree in English, a secondary in Dramatic Arts, and an obsession with Samuel Beckett. Since then, she's found a variety of onstage homes - from classic plays to original musicals, independent film to experimental audience-interactive performance, classic cabaret to pop mashups with her band, Bonfire Brothers.

Current fascinations include learning the ukulele, developing a solo cabaret, the intersection of science fiction with live theater, and trying to understand the Marvel comics multiverse.
